For purchases damaged in transit or those you are unhappy with please return in original packaging with all relevant documentation within 30 days.
A refund or replacement(s) subject to availability will be issued upon receipt; please specify which you would prefer.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the date of return and will be issued for postage paid only for defective or incorrectly supplied items. We reserve the right to charge the direct costs for the return of your item if you do not cover this expense yourself. We may offset the postage cost which we have incurred against your refund. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Customers in the EU also have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date of delivery (the statutory cooling off period). This applies to all our items except those specifically excluded on the Website (such as tickets or goods that have been personalised).
